Our client, New York-based independent management consulting firm ClearBridge Compensation Group, is expanding its practice and seeking a talented Compensation Consultant to join its team of highly motivated, committed consultants.  Founded in 2009, ClearBridge provides employees with the unique opportunity to take on new challenges and help drive the company towards excellence in a client-facing, entrepreneurial environment.  This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical, creative thinker who will thrive in a high energy, effervescent, and collaborative culture.  The winning candidate will analyze financial and compensation data; prepare client presentations that summarize findings and support the development of recommendations, and; be part of a leadership development plan that prepares junior members of the team for participation in client presentations to senior management, including top executives and boards of directors.  Offices are located in Manhattan and Boulder, CO.  A Bachelor’s degree required, a Master’s degree preferred plus 1-3 years of relevant experience.
