Tower Consultants Search Group is seeking TWO highly regarded Compensation professionals to join Chewy, Inc. (NYSE: CHWY), a trusted online destination for pet food and products and one of the fastest growing e-commerce retailers of all time.  Both roles report directly to the Head of Total Rewards and require at least 10 years of progressive experience in compensation with at least three years in a managerial position.

The first Associate Director role will be responsible for providing leadership, direction, and functional Compensation expertise for Chewy’s corporate employees.  This position is also responsible for Compensation communications, and compliance, and will partner with the Director, Total Rewards and Director, Executive Compensation in setting the strategy and philosophy for the total Compensation strategy across the organization.  The ideal candidate will bring experience supporting corporate functions.

The second Associate Director role will be responsible for providing guidance and management for Chewy’s Fulfillment Center and Customer Service Center Compensation programs as well as leading Compensation administration across the company.  The newcomer will partner will HR Operations and members of the Compensation team to implement an advanced Workday module.  Deep knowledge and strong communication skills to best serve the critical needs of the business is needed and experience supporting a fulfillment center or similar workforce is preferred.
