Our client, an innovative healthcare system based in a picturesque location in Upstate New York, is seeking an outstanding Total Rewards Leader to report to the Chief People and Diversity Officer. Under the umbrella of a dynamic and progressive leadership team, the new Total Rewards leader will be responsible for all compensation, benefits, and recognition programs for more than 5,000 employees. In a vigorous effort to implement a new network operating model and enterprise-wide transformation, the Leader will redefine and develop a competitive, purpose-driven compensation philosophy. He/she must be a Total Rewards subject matter expert adept at designing successful incentive programs for all levels of the organization as well as preparing materials and presenting to the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors. Additionally, benefits and rewards programs must be assessed, restructured, and harmonized to improve this nationally-recognized organization’s efficiency and effectiveness. A base salary with generous relocation assistance to a charming location in Upstate New York is offered. Healthcare experience is preferred.
