Our client, Tupperware Brands Corporation, one of the most well-known household names with a worldwide presence and a 70-plus year history, is searching for a Sr. Executive Compensation Analyst to join the Global Total Rewards team at the company’s corporate headquarters in Orlando, FL.
Reporting to the Vice President, Global Total Rewards, the Sr. Analyst will be responsible for supporting the preparation of board meeting materials and related tasks evaluating and analyzing compensation data for Executives and Board members and make recommendations. The newcomer will administer Tupperware’s executive compensation programs, annual and long-term incentive programs, and deferred compensation plans. The Sr. Analyst will also perform job matching as well as provide data to executive compensation and board of directors’ compensation modeling and surveys, and review results.
