In this newly created role, the Senior Manager, People Operations will lead, manage and support the development of the People Operations team.  The individual in this role will report to the Vice President, People and will oversee and develop two direct reports with shared management of a third individual.  With the goal of providing enhanced services on a broad range of Human Resources matters, this position leads and manages from broad experience in Total Rewards, Leadership Development, and Employee Relations, with depth in Compliance, Data Analytics (Interpretative and Reporting), and Project Management.  Importantly, the Senior Manager will educate leaders in a consultative and proactive manner, and exert the influence necessary to inspire and achieve results.  As an excellent listener and thoughtful developer of people, the Senior Manager will continue to strengthen the team and an outstanding work culture.  The tested ability to manage projects with shifting, strategic time horizons, and contribute further to the company is a critical for this position.   

A minimum of 10 years of progression within HR and at least three years of people management experience are preferred.  The Senior Manager must be a collaborative and insightful HR subject matter expert who is well versed in California employment law.  A candidate with a firm grasp of the various disciplines within HR, including Compensation and Benefits administration.  The ability to evolve and grow with an appetite for an expanded succession role in the future is sought.  

The Milpitas office will welcome the Senior Manager for three days a week as part of a hybrid work arrangement.
