This position is consultative and customer-facing, and provides expert-level support to both organizational leaders and internal HR partners. The primary focus is on daily recommendation operations and high volume requests. The position will also support complex project work and process improvement.
This is a hybrid, remote, or onsite opportunity for a Compensation professional residing in Connecticut, Massachusetts, or New York. Ideal candidates will maintain the highest level of customer service standards, regulatory compliance, accuracy, and data integrity for this renowned organization. Familiarity surrounding regulations including FLSA and Massachusetts Pay Equity Act is desirable; healthcare industry experience preferred.
