PepsiCo, our Fortune 50 client which generated more than $64 billion in net revenue in 2018, is seeking an Organizational Design practitioner to provide Organizational Design thought leadership and analytics support on large scale enterprise transformation initiatives. The new member of the COE will provide hands on support through all phases of the process including assessment, analysis, developing insights and recommendations, design concept development and alignment and integration.
Reporting to the Vice President of Organizational Design and Change Management, the Sr. Analyst – Organizational Design will work alongside a team with a high level of collaboration, professionalism and personal integrity in a “faster, stronger and better” environment.
The Sr. Analyst will possess excellent interpersonal skills and a partnership focus with a proven ability to build relationships, trust, and rapport, as well as impact, influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization including senior executive relationships.
The position requires demonstrated consulting experience in complex environments, strong project management skills at the global level and core experience as an Organizational Design and Change management practitioner. He/she must be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
