The HSUS, the nation’s most effective animal advocacy organization, is seeking a Senior Analyst, HRIS for its Human Capital and Development department.  This role will be responsible for the maintenance of the HRMS and other systems of use in the Human Resources department.  It will also serve as the technical professional for the department and provide assistance to departmental function areas to insure data integrity, system updates/changes, report writing and process improvements and lead the implementation of new systems, as needed.

The Senior Analyst, HRIS will report to the Senior Director of Compensation and HRIS.  With new module implementations in the immediate future, he/she must be an experienced SME who is knowledgeable of Ceridian’s Dayforce HCM Software and offer a minimum of five years of experience in HRMS administration with HR and compensation experience a strong plus.

The position is located in the Gaithersburg, MD corporate offices conveniently located outside of Washington, DC.  A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
