The People Manager will report to the Vice President, People and will oversee and support the development of one direct report. The People Manager will be responsible for orchestrating People Partnering initiatives to assist designated Line Managers. The individual in this role will establish collaborative partnerships throughout the People Function, with the aim of providing enhanced services to both managers and employees who are closely aligned with the company’s business goals. The People Manager will foster employee relations, educate leaders in a consultative and proactive manner, exert influence, and continue to strengthen an outstanding work culture.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in addressing complex employee relations matters and a minimum of 2 years of people management experience are necessary. A practiced business partner well versed in California employment law who possess expertise in scaling initiatives, a firm grasp of the various disciplines within HR, as well as the potential to contribute further to the company is an ideal fit for this position.
The Milpitas office will welcome the People Manager for at least two days a week as part of a hybrid work arrangement.
