Our client, WestRock (NYSE:WRK), a world leader in paper and packaging with more than 50,000 team members and 320 manufacturing facilities, design centers, research labs and sales offices spanning North America, South America, Europe, Asia and Australia, seeks a Lead Analyst Compensation – Broad-Based Compensation to be a key member of the Total Rewards Team. This individual will be responsible for strategic analysis while providing consultative, planning, project management and senior analytical support to meet the global needs of the business. This role is also responsible for integrating compensation with overall Human Resources strategies to attract and retain a highly skilled workforce. In addition, the Lead Analyst will participate in the end-to-end design, management and administration of compensation programs and activities.
This individual contributor position requires a minimum of five years of deep compensation experience with a strong understanding of broad-based compensation programs and a demonstrated ability to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to the design of a total compensation package. Reporting to the Director, Compensation the successful candidate will use excellent communication and analytical skills to drive understanding of compensation philosophies, practices and administration among leaders and assist in cascading to all levels of the organization. He/she will have the ability to navigate complexities within compensation where harmonization of legacy programs is sought. Previous experience working with PeopleSoft and market pay software programs and tools are advantageous, global experience a plus.
While the ideal candidate will reside in the Atlanta metropolitan area, a remote schedule may be possible.
