Our client, a global company with a distributed sales force in the U.S., seeks a Human Resources Director to lead the people agenda at its U.S. headquarters. This new position will serve as a key member of the leadership team and a trusted advisor and business partner for this rapidly expanding organization. The Human Resources Director will provide consultative and business focused support and services to drive a culture of high engagement, innovation, continuous improvement, and enhanced operational and financial results. He/she will provide leadership for the design, delivery and execution of strategic HR initiatives in the areas of talent acquisition, employee relations, career development, succession planning, retention and total rewards. He/she will also provide effective coaching/guidance to leaders and team members and ensure compliance with regulations. A bachelor’s degree is required, advanced degree is preferred. Also required is a strong mix of business acumen, leadership abilities, strategic thinking and sound judgement in driving organizational effectiveness.
