Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Business Partner, the Human Resources Business Partner will work alongside leaders to identify, plan, and implement strategic objectives that are in alignment with priorities and emerging needs of assigned groups within this growing, world class organization. This impactful position requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about leading hands-on operations, fostering growth, and working as part of a team committed to recruiting, developing, and retaining a high-quality workforce.
The newcomer must possess a working knowledge of areas such as talent acquisition, talent development, change management, organizational development, performance management, retention, disciplinary actions, and compensation administration. He/she must demonstrate exceptional communications, interpersonal skills, and keen attention to detail. The ideal candidate will possess five years of progressive experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management or related discipline; and a master’s degree in Human Resources, Organization Development or related field preferred.
