Lindsay Corporation, a global leader providing innovative irrigation and infrastructure solutions based in Omaha, Nebraska, is seeking a capable and self-motivated HR Business Partner to serve as a valuable member of its team based in Lindsay, Nebraska. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, the HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in collaborating with business leaders to drive talent strategy, enhance employee engagement, and implement HR initiatives for a plant comprised of 250 employees. The individual in this role will actively contribute to the development and execution of HR programs, influence a positive workplace culture and elevate the overall employee experience. The HR Business Partner will collaborate closely with on-site leadership, including a GM recognized for their leadership qualities, and actively seek out and address process improvement opportunities proactively.
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related degree as well as a minimum of three years of progressive HR experience in a business partnering role, required. A proven track record of success in various HR areas, such as talent strategy, employee engagement, and program development is essential. Understanding the dynamics of an hourly paid workforce is important and an industry-relevant background in construction or manufacturing is advantageous.
Onsite daily presence required with minimal travel (<10%) primarily between Omaha and Lindsay, a close-knit, rural community characterized by an affordable lifestyle and a warm atmosphere.
