The Christ Hospital Health Network (The Christ Hospital) presents an outstanding opportunity for an accomplished Director, HR Technology, Data Analytics and Operations.  Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this high-impact and newly-created role will lead the development of data architecture and management, the enhancement and integration of systems and programs, and the delivery of expert guidance surrounding HR technology, process improvement, and data analytics to HR and business leaders.  As an Oracle Cloud HCM subject matter expert, the Director will optimize The Christ Hospital’s newly-installed Oracle Cloud HCM system and create and introduce sophisticated talent measurement tools in order to gain meaningful, real-time, and actionable insights to inform people decisions today and in the future.

This role is ideally suited for an influential, strategically-minded, and results-driven HR technology professional who brings deep competencies in Oracle solutions, tools, and capabilities and the talent to architect and develop comprehensive Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.  Skilled with a strong executive presence and consultative nature, the successful candidate will offer experience establishing purposeful relationships across the organization and effectively managing multiple projects and initiatives that support short and long-term strategic objectives.  A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience is sought.
