The Christ Hospital Health Network (The Christ Hospital) offers an exciting opportunity for a talented Manager, Compensation to join a results-driven HR team.  Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Total Rewards, the Manager, Compensation will help leadership define short and long-term strategic Compensation goals and will develop and integrate programs that align with the organization’s objectives and initiatives.  This role is responsible for creating the overall design, development and implementation of The Christ Hospital’s Compensation processes and programs.  The Manager will provide key leadership surrounding the organization’s salary administration, incentive Compensation, and pay equity, in addition to the year-end merit and performance appraisal process most immediately. 

This deeply mission-driven organization seeks an individual who enjoys transforming data and knowledge into meaningful insights that support growth and talent retention.  The desired candidate possesses at least seven years in Compensation plan design and salary administration, pay analytics and modeling, project management as well as change management skills, and the keen ability to partner with HR and business leaders to ensure Compensation programs incorporate the latest ideas, technologies, and approaches to attracting, retaining, and rewarding employees. 

Additionally, the Manager will partner cross functionally to leverage the newly-installed Oracle Cloud HCM system and support the development and thoughtful communication of cohesive and comprehensive reporting and analytic solutions to meet critical needs, including one-click reports, templates, dashboards, and metrics.
