Our client, Ericsson, presents an outstanding opportunity for a talented Senior People Business Partner – Head of People Customer Units and Support Functions.  Based in Bellevue, Washington, the individual in this role will lead the People strategy, develop and deploy solutions to enable the business, and advise on a wide range of both strategic and day-to-day People matters for approximately 85 members of the T-Mobile group.  The Senior People Business Partner will contribute to the business strategy by helping the Customer Unit Leader identify, prioritize and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes.  The newcomer will also identify needs, develop solutions, and execute on programs that enable workforce planning, workforce engagement, culture transformation, retention, and diversity and inclusion, to name a few.

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline, a Master’s degree preferred; a minimum of eight years’ experience in Human Resources or related field; at least three years in professional services, preferably as a People Business Partner, supporting sales, in a hi-tech company; a track record of results, problem-solving and accountability in a highly matrixed and global organization; a track record of driving and supporting diversity and culture change; plus, a deep and broad knowledge of People practices, principles, and procedures based on working closely with strong collaboration.
