Top 10 global R&D-driven biopharmaceutical company, Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited (TSE:4502/NYSE:TAK), seeks a talented Lead Compensation Partner – Corporate Functions to consult and partner with assigned Business Unit/Function/Region clients on compensation matters.  Reporting to the Head of Global Business Unit Compensation, the Compensation Partner will lead a variety of broader Compensation activities for specialized global groups with all aspects of the annual compensation cycle including the salary and incentive review, market data collection and analysis, market trend research, and budgeting for salary increases.  Ensuring that complex compensation programs align seamlessly with Takeda’s global philosophy, policies and guidelines, the Lead Compensation Partner must bring a track record of achievement with supreme leadership abilities and project management skills.  The ideal candidate must possess experience in managing compensation programs as well as a deep understanding of compensation requirements within the market including industry best practices, frameworks and models, needs and challenges, and market trends.  The ability to speak with clarity, confidence, and credibility is essential.
