Global Frontline Compensation Manager

PepsiCo, our Fortune 50 client and global brand powerhouse, is seeking a high potential, Global Frontline Compensation Manager to design, analyze, and measure global Frontline Sales and Supply Chain compensation programs.  This critical position also has responsibility for the development, implementation and management of global compensation tools supporting Frontline compensation administration and governance.  The role largely operates as an internal consultant to Sector/BU/country sales, finance & HR teams.

The Global Frontline Compensation Manager will conduct extensive data modeling on current and proposed pay programs, provide guidance and ensure seamless integration across PepsiCo’s functional CoEs; Maintain and develop automated solutions; as well as develop and deliver ongoing training to Total Rewards as well as sales and sales finance team members in the area of Frontline compensation design.

As a member of the CoE, the Global Frontline Compensation Manager will report to the Director, Global Frontline Compensation and will work alongside teams and stakeholders with a high level of collaboration, professionalism, and personal integrity in a “faster, stronger, and better” environment.

The ideal candidate will bring Frontline Sales and/or Consulting experience, demonstrated strength in data analysis, global acumen, ingenuity and drive.  He/she must be a high-impact individual with the skills, attributes, and experiences to fill key leadership positions in the future.  Experience in developing and implementing technology compensation solutions is advantageous.

PepsiCo’s global headquarters is in Purchase, NY.  Relocation assistance is available.  Manhattan dwellers benefit from PepsiCo shuttle buses with daily service to Purchase. This exciting role requires the ability for occasional travel overseas, particularly to Latin America; Spanish fluency a strong plus.
