We have been retained once again by XL Construction, a leading construction company in Northern California.  We are conducting the search for their Director of Talent Acquisition, an exceptional opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role.  Our client is seeking a visionary strategist who excels at crafting an innovative talent acquisition experience while driving the transformation and optimization of recruiting processes.  Reporting to the Vice President, People and Administration, the Director leads a high-performing team and partners with key stakeholders to develop comprehensive talent attraction strategies and elevate and innovate recruitment methods across the organization. This is a strategic redesign for growth, and key responsibilities include building talent pipelines, ensuring compliance with California employment laws and requirements, honing operational efficiencies, and further developing data analytics to create a distinctive candidate experience.  The role requires strong leadership skills, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution.

This role is based preferably in Milpitas or alternatively in Oakland with flexibility to travel between the two sites as necessary.
