This new role will be responsible for providing a superb candidate experience, candidate relationship management, metrics and analytics, sourcing, and improving time to fill.  The Director will partner with the EVP and CHRO, Operations and Clinical leaders, and Regional Human Resources Directors to understand business needs, and align and manage recruitment efforts to support short and long-term organizational objectives.  Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 6-8 years’ progressive full life cycle talent acquisition experience with at least 4 years demonstrated success building and leading a national talent acquisition team.  Proven success in leading a strong recruitment function and executing exceptional results in the healthcare field, and attracting Registered Nurses specifically, is required.  Creative leaders with entrepreneurial drive, outstanding organizational skills, flexibility, and a demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a dynamic environment will be welcomed in this high-value position at VITAS.
