We are pleased to announce our partnership with a leading company in their search for an accomplished Director, Global Compensation and Benefits. Our esteemed client, a pioneering provider of semiconductor and electronic assembly solutions, seeks an exceptional professional to lead strategic talent initiatives. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Global Human Resources, this key role will oversee compensation and benefits strategies across the company’s international operations. As a public company with dual headquarters in Singapore and Fort Washington, PA, our client has a significant presence in 14 countries across Europe, Asia, the US, and Israel. With approximately 3,000 employees worldwide and significant portion of its business concentrated in Asia, the company requires a leader with strong global experience, particularly in Asian markets. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in global compensation, including executive compensation, a strong understanding of benefits management, and demonstrated expertise in collaborating effectively with a board-level Compensation Committee. The desired talent we seek brings a proactive approach to benchmarking and market analysis, skills in developing and mentoring a team of approximately 6 direct reports, and the capacity to adopt a global perspective and drive strategic initiatives.

This role is based in Fort Washington, PA, with a hybrid work arrangement. The role entails periodic travel to attend Board meetings in Singapore and Pennsylvania. Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain industries is preferred.
