Our client, an industry pioneer with nearly half a century of experience in patient-focused, quality healthcare, seeks a talented and energetic Vice President of Shared Services to lead the vision, design, and operation of HR Technology and the Shared Services team in support of its evolving business needs. Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Vice President must bring knowledge and hands on experience in configuring and supporting a newly installed Oracle HCM Cloud system, with a focus on Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll applications.
In an organization led by a leadership team who look to innovation and technology to drive strategic change across the organization, the new Vice President, Shared Services will be expected to develop value-creating ideas and independently seek opportunities for continuous performance improvement.
A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field required, Master’s degree preferred. We are seeking candidates with deep knowledge and experience working in HR Information Technology and in particular with HCM Oracle Cloud and a minimum of seven years of experience in a management capacity. Previous experience as a compensation practitioner is welcomed and oversight of multi-facility operations experience is also preferred. Relocation to Miami, a vibrant, metropolitan headquarters location, is available.
