Financial holding company CIT Group Inc. (NYSE: CIT) seeks a Vice President, Compensation to execute various activities supporting CIT’s Compensation department, including base salary, short-term and long-term incentives planning and execution. Reporting to the Director, Compensation, the Vice President will act as a consultant to the HR Business Partners on compensation matters, support the year-end compensation process, and assist with internal controls.
This position offers significant upside potential including visibility to senior management and the opportunity to play a significant role in a highly collaborative total rewards team. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator who is client focused, self-motivated and solutions oriented. Prior experience in Executive Compensation and familiarity with PeopleSoft is a plus.
