Sandy joined Tower Consultants Ltd. in 2002. She gained an intimate knowledge of the HR recruiting business and its internal HR and financial systems. Her management of Tower’s accounting processes was exceptional. She is now our point of contact for internal HR matters and ensuring we are in compliance, and brings her financial expertise forward to Tower Consultants Search Group.

Dorian Merrill is well-versed in both internal and third-party executive search and brings extensive experience supporting clients including small entrepreneurial firms, private equity companies and leading Fortune and S&P 500 organizations to her role. In addition to her executive search experience, Dorian has held leadership positions in the areas of executive compensation and performance management for a S&P 500 organization.

Pete gained his Bachelor of Technology degree in mechanical engineering at the University of Bradford in the UK and accepted increasing responsibilities with companies at the forefront of emerging automotive technologies. Joining Moog, Inc. in the early 80’s, Pete held positions as VP Engineering and VP Sales and Marketing and was then selected to establish a unique technology incubator serving the auto manufacturing industry worldwide. Stuart, Florida was the chosen location and Pete moved with his family to the United States. He was President of Active Control Systems Inc. – a joint venture between Moog and Group Lotus. The company was eventually acquired by TRW several years later. He then led a publically traded exotic vehicle manufacture and spent several years in the general aviation industry before joining Tower Consultants Search Group. Pete’s role, beyond oversight of the financial activities of the company is to provide statistical, marketing and technical input in support of recruitment operations.

With a global perspective, Chris brings a diverse and accomplished background in international business. With 20 years in HR executive search and the proprietor of three entrepreneurial startups, and with strong skills in business development and project management, Chris is now the founder and CEO of Tower Consultants Search Group launched January, 2018. Chris brings her trademark of professionalism, sensitivity and insight to every search she conducts.

In 1998 Chris joined Tower Consultants Executive Search Ltd. Chris was quick to master the art of Human Resources recruiting. With this knowledge, she became proficient in the assessment of generalists, compensation, benefits, management/organizational development and staffing professionals. She brought in and successfully completed challenging searches for major domestic and international clients, and became an integral part of the management team. She was made Partner in 2004 and then promoted to President in 2010. When the company owner retired in December 2017, Chris opened her own search firm, Tower Consultants Search Group, in January 2018.

Growing up in England, Chris had an early interest in education and pursued her career aspirations by graduating from Ilkley College at the University of Leeds with a B.Ed. degree. Chris taught high school for eight years before leaving to start her own very successful catering and event planning business.

In 1987, when Chris’ husband was given the opportunity to lead a start-up operation in Florida, she gave up her business and the family moved to the U.S. Chris immersed herself in learning about the U.S. culture, and participated in numerous volunteer activities. Partnering with a colleague, she started a business exporting American products to the UK. With her knowledge of the British market, she identified products that would be well accepted and expand mass market opportunities with major UK retailers.
Drawing on her established entrepreneurial skills, Chris effectively demonstrated her business development, negotiating and closing capabilities with senior management in carriage name manufacturers.

Martin Memorial Health System offered Chris a unique opportunity to participate in a start-up operation within a healthcare system that includes Martin Memorial Hospital in Stuart, Florida (consistently ranked as one of the top 100 hospitals in the nation). Chris played an integral role in establishing the Martin Memorial Volunteers in Medicine Clinic in Stuart. This facility serves to address the healthcare needs of the indigent population in Martin County by utilizing the services of retired physicians. Chris was hired to recruit and credential volunteer physicians, nurses, technicians and administrative staff. She established and managed the licensing process, and procured grant funds to expand the clinic to offer dental services. It is a tribute to Chris and the start-up team that the clinic continues to expand and prosper.

Joining Tower Consultants Ltd. in 2010, Elizabeth possesses a degree in Journalism and a deep public relations background. Tower Consultants Search Group now celebrates Elizabeth’s extensive interviewing, assessment, and writing skills, as well as her innate ability to develop relationships.

Jason Rose is a Senior Partner with Tower Consultants Search Group, a retained Executive Search firm that specializes in the placement of Human Resource talent.

He studied retail and consumer studies at the University of Arizona before moving to West Palm Beach, FL and fulfilling his entrepreneurial dream of owning and operating his own retail store, specializing in the radio controlled and unmanned aerial vehicle industry. Being a successful small business owner took an unlimited supply of enthusiasm, accountability, and self-motivation, as well as a deep appreciation for team players and strong work ethic. During this time, Jason developed outstanding customer service skills and refined the art of facilitation. After 13 years, Jason decided to sell his retail store, and use these skills to assist companies grow and build its leadership teams. Acquiring and managing a staff of his own for many years, Jason knows how to overcome the challenges of finding rare talent and specialized professionals, which in turn gives his clients access to a unique skillset.

In his free time, Jason enjoys traveling with his wife and two young children, and has a deep passion for automobiles and auto racing.

Kim deVry Klipstein is the Director, Executive Search with Tower Consultants Search Group, a retained Executive Search firm specializing in Human Resources.

She joins Tower with over 10 years of national, retained experience in Human Resources. Kim is passionate about executive search, deeply valued for her ability to make key connections between people and achieve outstanding results for clients.

Kim began her career as a copy editor with TV Guide Magazine, before moving to retained executive search with Tower Consultants, Ltd. Kim practiced in all disciplines of HR, with a specialty in organizational and people development. A driven, influential, and collaborative member of the Tower team, she progressed from Recruiter to Client Search Manager to Director/junior member of the executive team.

For greater flexibility and less travel, Kim continued to work with Tower, and for two years, also recruited and managed national travel nurses with MedStaff/Cross Country Healthcare. In 2008, she traded recruitment for a new challenge in non-profit business with the YMCA of Greater Brandywine (80,000 actives). After two branch roles, she moved to the Association Office as its first Director, Member Engagement Center. There, she teamed to develop, launch and personally direct the Association’s first In/Outbound call center for eight branches.

Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Dickinson College. Her engaging, active nature finds her cycling, running, writing, sampling new coffees and bonding with her daughter. For perspective, she recharges with humor and her favorite comedians.
