Miami-based healthcare leader seeks a highly talented Sr. Regional Human Resources Director for its Northeast region. The Sr. Director will serve as the HR leader and business partner to SVPO, VPOs and GMs to drive change and enable strategic business goals for a division covering six states and Washington, D.C. Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer of this difference-making, compassionate organization with more than 12,000 employees, the Sr. Director will provide superior leadership and expert guidance with the support of two direct reports. The Sr. Director must bring strong HR functional expertise as well as exceptional interpersonal, relationship building, and coaching skills. Previous healthcare industry experience and oversight of a multi-facility workforce is preferred. Candidates must be willing to travel 50-60% as site presence and interaction with employees at all levels is required. Strong understanding of HRIS operating systems, preferably Oracle Cloud. The newcomer will be based in New Jersey (Livingston, Mount Laurel, or Shrewsbury) or Blue Bell, Pennsylvania.
