With an exceptional opportunity to join an outstanding Total Rewards team, our client, United Health Services Hospitals (UHS) based in Binghamton, NY, is seeking a talented Senior Manager Total Rewards to serve as the department’s subject matter expert particularly in the areas of health and welfare, life and disability insurance, retirement, pensions and wellbeing programs. Reporting to the Senior Director Total Rewards, the new Senior Manager will work closely with the Shared Services group providing guidance and support for all benefits issues. He/she will play a pivotal role in executing the communication and administration of annual Open Enrollment and ensure operational and customer service excellence for all plan recipients. In addition, the new hire will drive specific projects to strengthen pay programs and provide a comprehensive approach to employee remuneration.
A bachelor’s degree is required, MBA or master’s degree preferred with SHRM certification a plus. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of benefits and retirement plan experience with demonstrated knowledge of federal and state regulations and ability to apply them to administration and compliance of plans.
