Miami-based healthcare leader seeks a skillful and driven Senior Human Resources Director to engage and align resources around the business strategy, agenda, and deliverables for this difference-making, compassionate organization with more than 12,000 employees across more than a dozen states. Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Senior Human Resources Director will be a champion of culture, talent management and continuous improvement initiatives within the Human Resources function. This individual will be a key member of the Senior Human Resources Leadership Team for the company and will lead core company-wide initiatives for talent management, employee development, employee engagement, organization effectiveness and team engagement. He/she will actively participate in nurturing a positive corporate culture, with a focus on internal branding and enhancing the company’s ongoing efforts to continue to build positive employee relationships and retention of employees across the organization. The Senior Director must possess practical and proven accomplishments in the areas of talent management and bring executive presence, with the ability to interact with, challenge, influence and establish personal credibility with all levels of leadership including senior management. A minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible experience within Human Resources required with five years of experience in a management capacity. Oversight of multi-facility workforce experience preferred.
