United Health Services (UHS), the area’s largest and most comprehensive provider of healthcare services, seeks a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to provide a broad range of strategic Human Resources services to leaders within designated business area(s). Reporting to the Senior Director, HR Business Partners, the Senior HR Business Partner will collaborate with the leadership team to analyze and prioritize the critical business challenges faced by the organization, and deploy appropriate Human Resources interventions in the areas of performance management; organizational design; analysis and implementation; change management; talent assessment, leadership development; and succession planning. This director-level role champions the organization’s culture and develops practical, integrated solutions to achieve business objectives as a trusted adviser and consultant.
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required; MBA or master’s degree preferred with SHRM SPHR certification a plus. Industry insight is advantageous. The ability to apply knowledge and expertise strategically and decisively is required.
