Reporting directly to the Executive Director, Total Rewards & HR Technology, the new head of Human Resources Technology & Systems must be recognized as a leader with in-depth experience and understanding of systems, strategy and technology and a strong process management background.  He/she must offer experience in managing the implementation and operation of HR systems, preferably with Oracle HCM and Cornerstone-on-Demand.  A highly strategic thinker, the Senior Director must possess executive presence, superior relationship building skills, and the ability to partner with key HR leaders and business stakeholders including IT.

The Senior Director can expect a generous compensation package including long term incentive and health benefits.  Relocation assistance to Quest’s headquarters in Secaucus, NJ is available as needed.
