Senior Director, Executive Compensation – Northeast

Our client, a global industry leader consistently named one of the best places to work in the U.S., seeks an exceptional Senior Director, Executive Compensation to serve as a critical and influential member of the company’s Rewards Center of Expertise.  This leader will be responsible for the oversight, design, and management of an executive compensation strategy to attract, retain, and motivate talent.  The newcomer will be an advisor to senior executive leaders including key stakeholders across Finance and Legal.  The effective Senior Director will be viewed as the potential successor for the role of Vice President, Rewards & HRIS.  He/she must optimize a lean Total Rewards team and manage one direct report.

At least 10 years of progressive Human Resources, Finance or Legal experience with at least five years of direct Executive Compensation experience in a publicly traded company is required.  The successful candidate must possess extensive knowledge of SEC and proxy advisory policies and practices to develop and prepare Board of Director and Compensation Committee materials including the CD&A and executive compensation tables for the annual proxy statement as well as other disclosures.
