sweetgreen, the Los Angeles-based healthy fast casual restaurant chain with 120+ locations, seeks a talented Sr. Compensation Analyst to assist with compensation strategy, design, and implementation. As a key member of the Total Rewards team, the Sr. Compensation Analyst will contribute to the planning and execution of compensation and equity programs for its 4,000 team members across 12 states.
sweetgreen continues to reimagine the fast-food industry with its popular salad menu. The Sr. Compensation Analyst must be comfortable operating within this high-energy, effervescent culture that is strongly driven toward results.
The successful candidate will assist with the preparation of Compensation Committee materials including analysis and presentation deck building; calculate and communicate quarterly field incentive plans; as well as lead in the delivery of annual employee salary, bonus, and equity programs.
The newcomer must bring at least five years of experience in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field with two years of experience calculating incentive compensation. The ideal candidate will possess experience in Compensation Analysis, with Executive Compensation experience preferred. Superior analytical, communication, and presentation skills as well as the ability to set priorities and manage multiple projects required.
