(NYSE:BLD), a leading installer and distributor of insulation and building material products to the U.S. construction industry, is seeking a talented Manager of Benefits to serve as the primary benefits liaison with key stakeholders across the business.  This role will oversee all benefits programs including health, and savings plans.

Reporting to the Director of Compensation and Benefits, the Manager of Benefits will lead, mentor, and develop three direct reports at the senior analyst/analyst level.  To be successful in this role, he/she must offer experience in designing, developing, implementing and managing benefits programs plus significant business acumen and the ability to leverage employee benefits to meet business objectives.  The Manager must exhibit sound leadership and effective communication skills with strong critical evaluation, and relationship management skills.
