Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited (TSE:4502/NYSE:TAK), our client and one of the world’s largest research and development-driven biopharmaceutical companies with revenues of $16.6 billion in 2018, seeks a Head of US Compensation, a key member of the Takeda Total Rewards leadership team, and the broader Human Resources leadership team to plan, design, implement, administer and communicate compensation strategies and programs for 20,000 employees in the region, nearly half of the company’s total population.
Reporting to the Head of Global Compensation, the Head of US Compensation will partner with multiple stakeholders and have a significant impact on this complex, multinational organization. In the immediate future, the Head of US Compensation will successfully plan, optimize, and integrate mergers and acquisitions including short-term and long-term incentive plans as well as drive global bands into the US region.
