Integra LifeSciences (NASDAQ: IART), a global leader in regenerative technologies, neurosurgical and extremity orthopedic solutions, seeks a Global Compensation Leader responsible for the overall design, administration, implementation, and communication of broad-based compensation programs including base pay, incentives and recognition, and supporting the executive compensation programs. Reporting into the VP Total Rewards, this individual contributor position plays a critical role on the Total Rewards team.
The Global Compensation Leader will bring at least eight years of general experience in compensation, with a minimum of two years in executive compensation at a global publicly traded company or executive compensation consulting firm. The successful candidate will possess an exemplary work ethic, proven organization skills, and commitment to accuracy and quality balanced with timeliness.
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with an advanced degree preferred. A competitive base salary is offered with a bonus opportunity and benefits.
