Executive Director of Global Compensation

Our client, an industry pioneer with a history of hard work and ingenuity, presents an outstanding opportunity to shape and lead compensation worldwide as the company expands its portfolio and capitalizes on significant growth opportunities.  The Executive Director of Global Compensation will be responsible for the overall design, administration, implementation, and communication of broad-based compensation programs including base pay, incentives and recognition, and supporting executive compensation programs.  Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this position will build, manage and mentor a team set to grow in size.  Importantly, our client is dedicated to a positive work culture and team-oriented environment so attracting and retaining likeminded talent is foremost.

The Global Compensation Leader will bring at least 10 years of experience in compensation, with a minimum of two years in executive compensation at a global publicly traded company or compensation consulting firm.  The successful candidate will have experience driving complex global initiatives, partnering with the HR business partners, and harmonizing policies and practices.  He/she must be able to interface well with the executive team.  The new Leader will possess an exemplary work ethic, proven organization skills, and commitment to accuracy and quality, balanced with timeliness.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree with an advanced degree preferred.  A competitive base salary is offered with a bonus opportunity and benefits.
