The Executive Compensation Lead will support the Global Head of Executive Compensation and the Head of Total Rewards in preparing annual executive compensation disclosures and materials for the Compensation Committee and the Board of Directors for this dual-listed company. The Executive Compensation Lead will oversee the Japanese equity program administration and collaborate closely with Legal and Finance as it relates to executive compensation programs.
The Executive Compensation Lead must bring comprehensive executive compensation and market knowledge with proven solutions delivered on a global scale and a firm grasp of the cultural nuances associated with working across multiple continents. He/she must be a self-starter who will thrive in a collaborative environment and operating in a constantly evolving, fast-moving, results-oriented organization.
