Farient Advisors LLC, an independent executive compensation consultancy with global capabilities, seeks an Executive Compensation Consultant.  The ideal candidate has a minimum 2 years of experience in an executive compensation consulting firm and is eager to grow in an organization that delivers value for marquis global clients.  The individual should be a self-starter with strong ability to balance multiple work streams.  Strong quantitative skills supported by a mastery of software applications are required to develop tools and new analytical models.  Our client expects the newcomer to train junior analysts on financial analyses and methodologies.

Farient provides a comprehensive array of executive compensation and performance advisory services, including compensation program design, Board of Directors compensation and investor communications across many industries.  Farient is a partner member of the Global Governance and Executive Compensation Group (GECN) whose partner firms work with clients in more than 30 countries.  In this manner, seamless coverage is provided on all matters of global governance, executive compensation, on a local and global basis.
