Farient Advisors LLC, an independent executive compensation consultancy with global capabilities, seeks an Executive Compensation Consultant. The ideal candidate has a minimum 2 years of experience in an executive compensation consulting firm and is eager to grow in an organization that delivers value for marquis global clients. The individual should be a self-starter with strong ability to balance multiple work streams. Strong quantitative skills supported by a mastery of software applications are required to develop tools and new analytical models. Our client expects the newcomer to train junior analysts on financial analyses and methodologies.
