The ideal candidate will be a transformative and passionate leader and strategic advisor who demonstrates the Company’s core values and exhibits a fluent understanding of total rewards, employee relations, Human Resources best practices, and compliance. This individual will possess at least 10 years’ experience gained through management positions within HR with increasing levels of responsibility; a generalist background with a broad experience in total rewards, organizational planning, employee relations, labor relations, and experience in developing people and people-centered policies, processes, and practices. The newcomer will report to the VP Organizational Development Leader (Head HR) and enhance the growth and development of a team.
