Our client, a world leading technology pioneer, seeks an innovative talent strategist to serve as Director of Talent Management for the company’s largest sales region covering the U.S. and Canada. Reporting to the region’s Head of Talent, The Director will work closely with the area executive leadership and people team to develop and execute the talent strategy while elevating the business by supporting its highly recognized brand, diversity and inclusion efforts. Importantly, the Director will support the company’s global strategy and help develop and deploy talent initiatives working in collaboration with the Global Talent Management Team.
The Director of Talent Management, an influential, trailblazing leader with an appetite for creative thinking, must embolden a sharp, shared definition of innovation to ensure the area’s talent management process has been tuned for innovation and fully integrated into the culture. He/she must utilize data and analytics and effectively mentor and manage project teams.
The successful candidate will offer a minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably combining both Business Partner and SME roles. Additionally, experience as a hands-on Talent Management and Organization Development leader in a technology company is a strong plus.
