(NASDAQ: MNRO), one of the nation’s leading automotive service and tire providers, delivering best-in-class auto care to communities across the country, seeks an outstanding Compensation leader to engineer all aspects of the Company’s Compensation policies and programs and scale for the future. With a growing market share and a focus on sustainable growth, the Company generated $1.1 billion in sales in fiscal 2021 and continues to expand its national presence through strategic acquisitions and the opening of newly constructed stores. Reporting to the Vice President of Total Rewards and mentoring and managing a team of two direct reports, the Director will evaluate effectiveness of existing plans, practices and processes and present recommendations for improvements, enhancements or other changes based upon external trends and corporate objectives. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, innovative, and adaptable individual who is comfortable applying both strategic and tactical thinking to achieve success for the Company’s approximately 1,300 stores and 9,000 service bays nationwide. Our client is eager to welcome a Compensation leader who brings best practices from multisite environments and the ability to build a shared commitment to excellence for Monro. Five years of deep Compensation experience in mid to large-sized organizations and progressively responsible experience in broad-based employee Compensation and grade/level architectures is preferred, with sales Compensation experience highly desirable.
