Our client, a publically traded and nationally recognized homebuilder with 2,000 employees and $2.45 bill in revenue, seeks a talented Director of Compensation to be responsible for the analysis, reporting and preparatory work for Executive Compensation and management of the broad-based compensation function. In addition, the Director will act as a consultant to field Human Resources partners and management.
Executive compensation experience is of critical importance as this position assists in the preparation of Company’s proxy statement including the CD&A and the development of materials for executive management and the Board of Directors.
This hands-on leadership role requires flexibility, strong influential and communications skills, as well as strict accuracy and attention to detail. The Director must continually seek opportunities for process and system improvements while managing ambiguity and highly customized program complexities. Importantly, he/she must anticipate customer’s expectations and exceed those expectations in delivery.
This position is based at the Company’s corporate offices in New Jersey and reports to the Vice President, Human Resources. The newcomer can anticipate a base salary with an annual bonus and attractive benefits including preferred pricing on a new home!
