Our client, Vitas Healthcare, based in Miami is seeking a compensation and benefits leader to direct the overall design and development of all compensation and benefits, rewards and recognition programs enterprise wide. Partnering closely with and reporting into the VP Shared Services and Technology, he/she will be responsible for providing leadership, strategy, consultation and oversight in the creation of competitive, cost effective and innovative programs that will attract, motivate and retain the best talent. The Director will have strong functional depth in US compensation design, job evaluation principles, job leveling, analysis and market pricing with the ability to evaluate external competitiveness and make recommendations.
In addition, he/she will have proven expertise in leading US benefits programs ensuring cost effective health and welfare, life insurance, disability and retirement plans. The role includes leading the annual compensation cycle and staying current with the latest compensation and benefit trends and changes in laws to ensure compliance with the organization’s pay practices and benefit administration.
