The Compensation Operations Manager will manage team members, systems, processes, and deliverables of the Compensation Operations team, maintaining the highest level of customer service, regulatory compliance, accuracy, and data integrity.  The Manager will develop and refine service delivery models and serve as a champion for continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Vice President, Total Rewards, the individual in this highly visible role will be instrumental in the initial and ongoing development of the organizational Compensation processes and programs.  The Manager will provide consultative, customer-facing support to organizational leaders independently and in partnership with other HR colleagues.  The Manager will be responsible for high level Compensation analysis support for short-term, long-term and complex projects, organizational budget support, and salary survey administration.

This is a flexible hybrid, remote, or onsite opportunity for a person residing in Connecticut, Massachusetts, or New York.  This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field along with a minimum of 8 years of deep Compensation experience planning, coordinating, and administering standard and complex Compensation programs and processes.  Knowledge of regulations including FLSA and Massachusetts Pay Equity Act are essential.  HR Business Partner experience and healthcare industry experience are preferred.
